Shared setup

Shop Management

Add Shops, review authorization, and enable business services.

#What Shop Management controls

Shops is the shared entry point for Customer Service, Affiliate, and Inventory Management. Use it to connect and authorize a Shop, confirm that the authorization is healthy, and enable the business services that Shop needs.

Shop Management is not the daily workspace for conversations or Creator tasks. After a service is enabled, its detailed settings appear under the AI Customer Service or Affiliate tab; cross-Shop operations remain in the corresponding business module.

#1. Add and authorize a Shop

Open Shops, choose Add Shop, and select the platform, market, and seller type in the guided flow. TK Copilot then provides the platform authorization entry point:

  1. open or copy the authorization link in a browser;
  2. sign in with the intended seller account;
  3. verify the Shop and permissions shown by the platform;
  4. return to TK Copilot and wait for the state to become Authorized.

If you manage several Shops, assign a recognizable alias immediately. This reduces the risk of configuring a service or approving work for the wrong Shop later.

#2. Read the Shop list and Overview

The list gives you a quick view of platform, market, authorization, and account information. Open a Shop to see its Overview, including:

  • current authorization state;
  • credential expiration time;
  • whether AI Customer Service is enabled;
  • whether Inventory Management is enabled;
  • whether Affiliate is enabled.

APP CAPTUREThe English light-theme Shop Overview, bringing authorization, expiration, and Customer Service, Inventory, and Affiliate switches into one view.

Authorized means the platform connection is available. A service switch separately determines whether TK Copilot should provide that capability for this Shop. Check both.

#3. Enable the services you need

Enable services according to the team’s real operating scope:

  • AI Customer Service: enabling it adds a matching configuration tab. Continue with the Customer Service quick start to configure the device, model, Business instructions, and human escalation.
  • Affiliate: enabling it adds a matching configuration tab. Continue with the Affiliate quick start to prepare Product Knowledge, a Campaign, and the review loop.
  • Inventory Management: enable it only when the team needs inventory capabilities. It is not a required prerequisite for Customer Service or Affiliate. Then follow Setup & Warehouse Mapping to connect a WMS, synchronize goods, and map Shop warehouses.

Avoid enabling every service on every Shop before owners, models, and handling devices are ready. Prove the full loop with one test Shop, then repeat a configuration that the team understands.

#4. Repair expired or invalid authorization

If a Shop shows an authorization warning, approaches expiration, or stops updating related data, check the Overview and repeat the platform authorization flow. During reauthorization:

  • use the original seller account so a different Shop is not connected by mistake;
  • verify the permission scope presented by the platform;
  • return to Overview and confirm that Authorized state and expiration have refreshed;
  • check that Customer Service and Affiliate switches are still enabled as intended.

Disconnecting a Shop affects business features that rely on it. Prefer reauthorization unless the Shop is deliberately being retired.

#Completion criteria

Shared Shop setup is complete when you can answer:

  1. Which platform Shop is connected?
  2. When does its authorization expire?
  3. Which business services are enabled?
  4. Should the next step happen in AI Customer Service, Affiliate, or Inventory Management?
