#First separate cloud models, Shop services, and model usage

Billing contains two kinds of subscription plus payment records:

• TK Copilot AI is an account-level cloud-model subscription. It provides hosted models managed and routed by TK Copilot.
• Shop Service Subscriptions activate AI Customer Service, Inventory Management, or Affiliate Management for a Shop.
• Payment Records let you verify payments that succeeded, failed, or were canceled.

These are separate. Buying cloud-model access does not activate a business service for a Shop, and buying a Shop service does not replace the model-call records shown on Usage. Read Models, Devices & Runtime first for hosted plans and bring-your-own API keys.

#TK Copilot AI: read the current cloud-model subscription

The cloud-model card summarizes the current plan and access state. Review each field:

• Subscription Status: Active, Trialing, Past Due, Canceled, or Expired.
• Source: Subscription, Trial, Promotion, or Manual activation.
• Renewal: Auto-renews, Non-renewing, or Prepaid.
• Subscription Amount: the amount and currency for the current period.
• Starts At / Valid Until: when the current period began and when access ends.
• Grace Until: shown only during a grace period; do not treat it as a new paid term.
• Usage limits: remaining percentage and refresh time for five-hour, weekly, or any other displayed windows.

When a remaining percentage is shown, read its refresh time too. Recovery of a short window does not imply that the weekly window has also recovered.

#Subscribe to or upgrade cloud models

1. Select Subscribe or Upgrade on the TK Copilot AI card.
2. Choose an AI plan.
3. Choose Credit card or WeChat Pay / Alipay.
4. Verify the monthly price, currency, and plan, then select Continue to payment.
5. Complete payment and return to TK Copilot while Billing refreshes the status.

When upgrading an existing plan, the unused value of the current plan is deducted. The immediate charge can therefore be lower than the full monthly price displayed. Confirm completion from the new plan on the card and its payment record.

#Pay and renew by credit card

Card checkout supports Visa, Mastercard, and American Express and displays the charge in USD. Continuing with a card opens the secure checkout page in your browser.

First card payment

Complete card details and any payment verification in the browser, then return to TK Copilot. Wait for the payment window to report success and confirm that the cloud-model card has updated. Do not submit the same purchase again merely because checkout finished in the external page.

Automatic renewal

Credit-card subscriptions auto-renew. No monthly manual renewal is needed while the subscription remains in auto-renew mode and its payment method is valid. Still check validity and subscription status periodically, especially after replacing or disabling a card.

Change the card

Select Manage on the cloud-model card, then Change card. TK Copilot opens the secure billing portal to update the card used by this subscription. This changes the payment method; it does not change the plan.

Cancel at period end or resume

Canceling does not stop access immediately. Service remains available through the current period, and the card shows that it will cancel at period end. To reverse that decision before expiry, select Renew and pay by card to restore automatic renewal.

#Pay and renew with WeChat Pay or Alipay

Choosing WeChat Pay / Alipay displays the charge in CNY and generates a payment QR code:

1. Scan it in WeChat Pay or Alipay.
2. Confirm the amount and complete payment on the phone.
3. Keep the payment window open while TK Copilot checks the result.
4. After success appears, verify the plan, validity, and payment record.

TK Copilot automatically checks payment status for up to five minutes. If the phone shows a completed payment but Billing has not updated, refresh Billing before attempting another scan.

WeChat Pay and Alipay are prepaid. They do not charge again next month automatically. To extend access, select Renew, choose the same plan and WeChat Pay / Alipay, and complete another payment. The added term follows the current validity period. A renewal reminder appears as prepaid access approaches expiry; renew before an always-on business Agent is interrupted.

If you choose a card while renewing prepaid access, future periods follow the card's automatic-renewal behavior. Verify the displayed Renewal mode before paying.

#Shop Service Subscriptions: verify the target Shop

The Shop-service area shows activation for AI Customer Service, Inventory Management, and Affiliate Management by Shop. Select a service to inspect status, source, amount, validity, and renewal mode. Selecting an inactive service starts checkout.

Before paying, verify both:

1. the correct service type; and
2. the correct target Shop.

Shop services support card auto-renewal and WeChat Pay / Alipay prepaid access too. A card subscription can change its card or cancel at period end from service details. A prepaid service must be renewed again before expiry. Customer Service may be grouped across related Shops; expand a group to inspect Inventory and Affiliate services for each member Shop.

#Payment Records: verify the actual payment result

Payment Records lists completed successful, failed, or canceled payments with:

• provider and method;
• payment status;
• currency and amount;
• purchase subject;
• creation and update times; and
• paid time.

The “processing” state belongs to the active payment window. A payment enters the completed records after it succeeds, fails, or is canceled. If a subscription does not update after payment, refresh the page and match the record by amount, subject, and paid time before contacting Support.

#Usage: see how models were actually called

Open Usage to inspect the active key, today's usage, and history. History can be limited to 7 days, 30 days, or all time and shows input tokens, output tokens, and estimated cost by provider and model.

Active key and provider

Use these fields to verify that recent model calls used the expected provider and key. This matters especially when both TK Copilot AI and your own API keys are available.

Today's usage

Use it to catch a sudden increase in tokens or requests. Compare the timing with Chat, Scheduled Tasks, and Customer Service or Affiliate activity.

History and trend

Use the same time range when comparing periods. The table identifies providers and models; the trend chart shows which day contains a spike.

Estimated cost is not an invoice

Usage cost is calculated from recorded model usage and current pricing data, so it is an analysis estimate. Actual TK Copilot AI and Shop-service charges come from Billing > Payment Records. Charges for your own API key come from that model provider's billing system.

Usage refreshes every 60 seconds and also has a manual Refresh action. If history is empty, first confirm that this Desktop has made a recordable call through a supported model key. An empty table does not mean that there is no subscription or that the billed amount is zero.

#Recommended weekly review

• The cloud-model plan remains active.
• Both five-hour and weekly windows have healthy remaining capacity.
• The card used for automatic renewal is still valid.
• WeChat Pay / Alipay prepaid access is not approaching expiry.
• Every Shop service targets the intended Shop.
• The active key, provider, and model are expected.
• There are no unexplained token spikes or failed payments.
