TK COPILOT FIELD GUIDE

Let AI execute.Keep people in control.

This is not a tour of menus. It follows real operating tasks so you can configure, run, and review TK Copilot's Customer Service, Affiliate, and Inventory work.

CHOOSE A PATH

What do you want to accomplish today?

Choose a business path. The manual shows where to begin, what to configure, and when a person needs to step in.

#Two operating loops, one shared foundation

Customer Service and Affiliate share Shop authorization, models, Desktop runtime devices, and message channels. Their operating rhythms are different: Customer Service responds to a continuous stream of buyer conversations, while Affiliate develops relationships over days or weeks.

The manual explains shared setup first, then follows each business workflow. You do not need to read every chapter in order. Start with the task in front of you; related links will bring in prerequisites when they matter.

#How this manual describes automation

We distinguish between actions AI may execute directly, actions that must pass a policy check, and decisions that require human judgement. Each business guide explains that boundary instead of merely listing where buttons are located.

For a first setup, connect a Shop, a model, and a message channel before enabling a business service. Escalations can then reach the right person as soon as AI needs a decision.

#Page status

Pages you can open in the left navigation are published. Pages marked “Coming soon” are already in the writing plan. Chinese and English use the same URL structure, so switching languages keeps you in the same chapter.
