#The Creator library is a relationship workspace

Open Affiliate → Creators to work with Creator relationships across Shops, not a flat address book. Choose a Shop scope, then narrow the list with search, manual tags, system tags, Sample tiers, and the Needs Attention filter.

Opening a Creator brings current work, communication history, Sample Applications, platform Collaborations, Creator profile, and action history into one relationship view. Use the all-Shop view to understand the overall relationship and a single-Shop view for execution on one Shop. Do not treat cross-Shop information as the operating state of one Shop.

The responsible BD belongs to the seller-wide Creator relationship. Even when the same Creator appears in multiple Shops or Campaigns, the relationship has one responsible BD. A Campaign invitation alone does not create ownership; assignment begins after an inbound message or Sample Application under the automatic assignment rules in Team & Channels.

#Tags, tiers, and the human boundary

• Manual tags support the team’s own organization and working conventions.
• System tags expose platform facts or system classifications for consistent filtering.
• Sample tiers express the team’s Sample strategy.
• Needs Attention isolates relationships with current work or an exception.

If AI must not take over a Creator, configure protection or BD ownership in Team & Channels. Filters in the Creator library do not change the AI boundary; Safety Policies, BD operating mode, and Creator protection do.

#Manage business relationships in Collaboration History

Open Affiliate → Collaboration History and filter by Shop, status, Collaboration type, or keyword. The page covers both Open and Target Collaborations and provides the place to create a Collaboration, inspect current state, and review history.

When you open a Collaboration, verify its Creator, Shop, and Product before changing configuration or status. For a Sample issue, return to the Creator relationship to inspect the Sample and communication timeline. Use Agent Workbench for reviews and Escalations within AI work, and Manual Workbench for human-owned Sample Applications and messages. See Agent and Manual Workbenches for the distinction.

#Recommended sequence

1. Find the Creator and confirm the relationship scope.
2. Inspect current work and communication to classify the issue as message, Sample, or Collaboration.
3. Confirm platform facts in the Samples or Collaborations tab.
4. Use Collaboration History for long-lived relationship changes.
5. Return to the Workbench for a human decision instead of deciding from history alone.
