User Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This User Agreement governs your access to and use of RivonClaw, including the desktop application, account services, cloud-supported features, website, subscriptions, and related seller automation workflows. By creating an account, connecting a shop, purchasing a subscription, or using RivonClaw, you agree to this Agreement.

2. Service Provider

RivonClaw and rivonclaw.com are owned and operated by Rivon LLC, a Washington limited liability company. References to "RivonClaw," "we," "us," or "our" mean Rivon LLC and the services it provides.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

RivonClaw is a business product for sellers and teams. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that users you invite have authority to act for your business.

4. Seller Platform Authorization

Some features require you to authorize third-party seller platforms, messaging channels, payment providers, model providers, or other services. You represent that you have the right to grant that access. RivonClaw will use authorized access only to provide, secure, and support requested workflows, subject to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

5. Automation and Human Review

RivonClaw helps automate seller operations such as customer service, order lookup, logistics context, inventory support, and related workflows. You remain responsible for your business decisions, customer communications, shop policies, regulatory obligations, and final review of sensitive actions. You should configure escalation rules and permissions appropriate for your shop.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RivonClaw to:

  • Violate laws, platform rules, third-party rights, or contractual obligations.
  • Access accounts, shops, messages, orders, or data without proper authorization.
  • Send deceptive, abusive, harmful, infringing, or unlawful content.
  • Interfere with service security, availability, rate limits, or abuse-prevention controls.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated output as reviewed by a person when review is legally or contractually required.

7. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Paid features, usage plans, shop-level services, and free trials are described in the app or on the website at the time of purchase or activation. Prices, renewal terms, included usage, and trial terms may vary by plan, region, and promotion. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect according to the billing terms shown at checkout or in the app.

8. Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal data, shop data, telemetry, retention, and deletion requests is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing legally required notices and obtaining required consents from your staff, customers, or platform users where applicable.

9. Support and Telegram Debugging Channel

When you request support or participate in troubleshooting, RivonClaw may use an operator-controlled Telegram debugging channel and related debug proxy infrastructure to help diagnose and resolve the issue. This channel may relay authorized support messages, diagnostic context, target account or device state, and information needed to investigate a selected desktop device or customer support session. We use this debugging channel for customer support, reliability investigation, security review, and issue resolution, and restrict access to authorized RivonClaw support operators.

10. Third-Party Services

RivonClaw may interoperate with third-party platforms, model providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, or communication services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, data handling, or platform enforcement actions.

11. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product quality. We may also update this Agreement from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

RivonClaw is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, sales results, platform approval, or that automated responses will be suitable for every situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivon LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account violates this Agreement, creates security or legal risk, abuses the service, or infringes third-party rights. You may stop using RivonClaw at any time. Some obligations, including payment obligations, data handling, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, survive termination where applicable.
